Job Description: The Zonal Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding Business Correspondent (BC) agents, as well as monitoring their performance and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit potential BC agents, conduct interviews, and facilitate their onboarding process. Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to BC agents to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties. Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor the performance of BC agents, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Compliance: Ensure that all BC agents adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on the performance and activities of BC agents to senior management. Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges faced by BC agents and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with BC agents, managers, and other stakeholders. Compensation: The Zonal Coordinator will be compensated on a commission basis, with earnings based on the performance and productivity of the BC agents under their supervision. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role or the banking/financial sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
