We are seeking a highly organized and motivated District Manager to oversee our operations. The District Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports to senior management on district performance.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the retail or service industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Proficient email and letter writing skills. Deep understanding of the district's geography and market dynamics. Must possess a two-wheeler and a laptop. Must have traveled extensively within the district.
