Tech-Support Engineer

As a tech support specialist, you'll diagnose and resolve customer issues with hardware and software. You'll responsible for install and repair computer systems, guide Operators through troubleshooting steps, and resolves complex issues. Your role involves solving operators issues, documenting solutions, and ensuring customer systems are functional. You'll also assist in network design, consult on hardware and software needs, and provide prompt, accurate support.
