CSA - Customer Support Associate

As a customer service representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, explaining products and services. You'll gather customer information, address queries, and process orders professionally. Recording sales calls and deals, maintaining customer databases, and suggesting solutions based on customer needs are key responsibilities. You'll also send daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports to the Project Manager and participate in brief daily meetings.
